SHFPACT (Sexual Health & Family Planning ACT) is a health promotion charity providing sexual and reproductive health services to the Canberra community. We are looking for a client-focussed team player to join the reception team in our fully computerised clinic. SHFPACT offers flexible working hours, a family-friendly environment, professional development opportunities for all staff, and generous employment conditions including tax-free salary packaging. Key responsibilities include the supervision of reception staff, ensuring that the information systems and processes of the clinic are functioning effectively; policy and procedures are up-to-date; and, troubleshooting of problems that emerge in the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
