Puberty is a significant time of growth and change that all humans experience, and education on the topic has many positive impacts for young people. SHFPACT’s series of workshops use a variety of educational experiences to explore the Physical, Social and Emotional changes that occur during puberty and how to manage them. All workshops are mapped to the content descriptors of the Year 5 & 6 Health and Physical Education Australian Curriculum and contain content about consent. Each session is 90 minutes.
